Maria Marachowska - (painter, musician, composer, graphic designer) - Early ancestors from Ireland, in Cork & Cornwall England (Mothers Site) and later they moved to Sweden, Finland, to Lithuanian, to Poland & to Russia, they were Aristocrats and they fled to Siberia to survive. And from my Fathers site French and British settlers (Colonists) move later to Russia (Siberia). Hello!😊✌️ Welcome to my World! I am very glad! I am a professional & passionate painter, graphic designer & musician, live and work in Berlin. I have had numerous exhibitions in art galleries & art museums and have been painting since 1996. I graduated as a painter for decorative ornamentation of metal, glass, paper and wood as well as artistic design from "Siberian Institute (Academy) Of Traditional Applied Arts", Omsk (Russia) & I graduated education for “Media designer for digital and print media/ design”, Berlin (Germany). I have sold more than 3000 Paintings Worldwide. Also I am professional & passionate musician, as a child. I attended E.T.A. Hoffmann music school for highly gifted children, Kaliningrad/ Königsberg (Russia) (Instrument: Piano, classical music) and after a long break I have started in 2004 to play guitar & to write my own music & have written about 200 songs & 300 instrumental compositions & have played more than 300 concerts. For Maria Marachowska painting represents an act of liberation, when she immerses into the element of art, the empty canvas or a sheet of paper means infinity to her. In her artistic expression, she knows no boundaries, the painter’s brush in her hand seems to take on a life of its own, becomes the key to an intensely personal, mysterious world. When she paints, she draws from the strength of her rich memories and her experience of life, quite remarkable for an artist as young as herself and capable of touching us just through their truthfulness and authenticity. © Text: Iris Weirich
