ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Spring - colours exploding after a long period of grey. This spring I was out in nature for long walks, taking in the changes in colour and smell, and was inspired to many acrylic works on paper, rich in colour. This one is one of the small ones. It's 6x6cm itself and is being sold in a passepartout the size of 15x15cm - and thus ready for a frame of the same size, free to your choice.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery Time:

Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

I am a Czech-born and now Germany based painter. In my works I explore the essence of what surrounds me: why do people act the way they do? What lies beneath the surface of what meets the eye? What are we driven by? To express what I sense beneath the surface I feel drawn to different materials and a range of colours, which I apply in different layers on my canvases and papers, using a variety of techniques including scratching, brushing and printing. This way expressive works are created, some reduced to basic expressions, others rich in colour and texture.
