ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The waterfront in the Dogpatch neighborhood in San Francisco is changing so rapidly I really wanted to make a piece that documents its industrial past. Layers of painted paper were used to create a patchwork of vibrant color to enhance the black and white image. The side of cradled wood panel are painted white for a finished, modern look and it is wired and ready to hang.
