Does machines have emotions? Machines are becoming more and more human-like, but also human are becoming more and more machine-like. Hybrids of humans and machines are created by AI. The borders get blurred. Post modern reverse glass painting on transparent acrylic glass, with opaque, transluscent and transparent areas. Mixing the cold clear surface with the alive pattern my own craeted tapescapes, transmitted to the glass with dye transfer. This work is on painted on reused acrylic glass with signs of usage. As I am moving my studio from Hamburg, Germany to Los Angels, this artwork is on sale for a special price until End of August! The artist Gabriele Walter develops, within her translucent acrylic glass works, transmitted by paint and tapes, dematerialized, hybrid spaces, that appear like frozen stills, by mixing analog and digital techniques and creating with light a play with reality and virtuality. The artwork is ready for hang. A white background is recommended.

Mixed Reality Emergence describes the phenomenon that some spontaneous and unpredictable properties of a complex system cannot be explained by its parts alone. At unstable points, small changes in the initial situation can cause massive changes. My new series of digital collages creates complex systems with photographs of artificial materials, such as colored acrylic glass and packaging material, my own drawings and natural structures. They visualize the techno-organic world and the hyper-contextual existence of our time. This creates dematerialized, hybrid spaces of a digital nature. Light, shadows, reflections and reflections dissolve the real space. In this process I research the interaction and emergence of complex systems by relating and connecting the relationships and interactions of the elements of artificial and natural worlds. My current life as an ArtNomadin connects my art with the real urban and natural space. Public space becomes the exhibition space for my works through short-term interventions.
