"Fall in Napa Valley" Painting

Anna Kim is a Filipino American artist based in San Francisco. She paints in her private studio in the SoMa District of San Francisco. At a young age growing up in the Philippines, Anna discovered her talent when she started drawing portraits and nature. Later in life, she developed a love of photography, which she considers another extension of her artistry. Her career spanned 15+ years: it started in the darkroom and culminated in professional photography. She was also a proprietor and cake artist making one-of-a-kind custom cakes for a few years while raising her family. Today, she focuses on her love of painting where she is recognized by her vibrant abstract landscapes. Anna grew up in a family of artists where she developed different styles and studied art in California. Her paintings are colorful with striking textures, movement and depth. She participated in a number of groups and solo exhibitions in the United States. Her paintings are hanging in private collections and corporate businesses both locally and internationally.
