"Fear of heights" Painting

In my paintings I convey different human emotional states. Аnd it doesn't matter what the picture is - a portrait, a landscape or an animal. My name is Liubou Sas, I am an artist, born in 1988 in Ostrovets, Belarus. I currently live and work in Bakuriani, Georgia. My acquaintance with painting began in 2017 — I studied in the studio of the artist Alexander Maley, a student and follower of the traditions of Kazimir Malevich. It was three years of deep immersion, which gave me not only technical knowledge, but also an inner impulse to my own practice. Museums, galleries, and independent art research have also played a huge role. In 2019, I sold my work through online galleries for the first time - this was an important turning point that confirmed my choice to continue this path, And now my works are in private collections in 25 countries around the world, including America, Europe, China and the UAE. My focus is on the image of a woman as a way to express inner states. Through portraits and images, I explore what is happening in myself, turning to archetypes, gestures, looks. I often use impulsive, expressive pictorial language in my works. Color, texture, and pasty brushstroke are my main expressive means. Art is my form of life. This is a space where I lose the sense of time, and every process is filled with ceremony and meaning for me.
