ABOUT THE ARTWORK

During the dreary days and cold nights of January and February, while battling anxiety and depression, using squeeze bottles and brushes, I created this artwork. Many Artists, (I), as a matter of fact, paint to stop thinking and feeling. But Artists are not fooling anyone. Because all those thoughts and feelings show up in the artworks. When you're looking at (my) paintings, take more than eight seconds and see for yourself. "There's a lot of destruction and failure at the door of a successful painting." -Vincent Van Gogh
