Finding Yourself Painting

"Finding Yourself" In a world where everybody and everything tells you 24/7 what to be, what to do, and what to have…finding yourself becomes a real quest. The journey ain’t always easy because it requires to mute all that external noise to be able to listen to yourself. When you start to listen and trust that little voice inside you, this is when you reach your home…this is how you find yourself. I paint abstract and surrealistic paintings using bright colours and textured illuminating gold to energise viewers and activate positive emotions of joy, love, freedom, and peace. Broad areas of white in my paintings add qualities of spaciousness and light into chaotic and busy lives. Such zen space invites viewers to get on a journey to cultivate more presence, it declutters reality, quiets the mind, and encourages expansiveness. My mission as an artist is to create a therapy on the wall, where a painting unlocks an individual's unique potential and helps to free the soul.
