I started painting at an older age although I have been drawing all of my life. After I graduated from CCNY in NYC, I won a contest and was admitted into the Cooper Union Art School in NYC. After studying with them over a year I was offered a job at M.I.T. on the Apollo Space Program and went to Cambridge MA with my wife and 2 small children and settled in Brookline, MA where I still live with my wife who is a Master Weaver and Textile Designer.
