About The Artwork
I am the Horticulture Chair of my garden club and was at a conference in the Fall of 2022. The table arrangements were stunning. I took photos from above and found the energy of the flowers both exciting and funny. From above the arrangements looked like they were exploding. The theme of the flowers was end of summer and fall in type and pallet. The energy bursting in all directions from a center made me think of a large scale square canvas. I built a 4 foot by 4 foot canvas and get to work.

She is currently working on two new bodies of work: Boston in fresh snow, and Moroccan Rugs. Kim lives in Boston with her three kids and husband.
