About The Artwork

Launched in 2015, the "Dots Therapy" series seeks to create harmonic rythmes, in original dynamics like so many moving writings. The Dot's series is a work that mixes randomness in harmonic constructions. This painting creates visual scores whose dynamics are always totally random. Grouped in series or scattered, the dots act like lines of footprints that draw chromatic variations. The colours diluted in the water reveal their nuances and their contrasts once applied on an arranged canvas that acts like a pallet giving body to the different shades. The arrangement of the points, tight or otherwise spaced, straight or in slightly curved sets accentuate the impression of rythme. The blending obtained in manipulating the canvas aims to recreate inks between these sets and constitutes random meshes.
