"Fragments of Remembrance" Painting

My name is Helena Fil. I am an artist and artisan from Kharkiv, Ukraine. In 2022 I moved to the UK, where I continue to explore my creative path. Art is my way of processing emotions and expressing what cannot be said in words. I’m inspired by texture, the combination of different materials, lines, and simplicity. I love how beauty can be conveyed not only through traditional painting techniques but also through abstract elements and emotional expression. I often work without brushes, letting textures and forms speak for themselves. Each of my works is a reflection of an inner feeling, a moment of stillness, or movement captured in material. My goal is to create pieces that resonate with calm, emotion, and quiet strength.
