Original abstract artwork. Mixed-media and Oil on canvas, stretched on wooden frame.

An ancient wisdom explains that in all reality exist a single Soul, an unique and interconnected system, which was fragmented into 600 thousand parts, which descended into our world and have been dressed in people in all generations. In our world we perceive ourselves as separate, fragmented and disconnected from each other, which gives us a distorted perception of who we really are. The effort to reconnect as one man with one heart is all our work.

In my paintings I allude to this by fixing on an abstract background small cardboard fragments of a "color chart" that although similar in size are different in tones and colors, harmonizing them and playing with them on the surface of the canvas.

About The Artwork

In all of us there is a common desire - the desire to enjoy. What pleases us is ultimately the only thing that differentiates us. In my paintings I establish a visual balance by harmonizing small pieces of cardboard on an abstract background that are similar in size and differ only in tones and colors, alluding to the difference in perception of what pleases us and how to achieve it.
