About The Artwork
Freshwater shrimp fishermen, Shanghai delta towards Suzhou and the village of the moon: it's 4pm, and just before nightfall, I witness this scene where two generations are sorting the fruit of their peach. The boat is crude, but the catch is generous. We will taste the same evening these pinkish white shrimps with their characteristic taste. The painting is made on canvas and wooden frame, with Sennelier extra fine acrylics and protected by a matte varnish with UV protection.
