ABOUT THE ARTWORK
For this resin piece, I wanted to create something exotic and different. Color was my decision maker.. The beautiful gold veining is striking against the fuchsia It certainly was a joy to create. It is on 1 1/5" cradled wood panel, wired and ready for hanging. Sides are painted with Golden's mica iron oxide - a warm, nearly black color that dries with texture (similar to sandpaper) and sparkle.
