ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I love using Lego minifigures as vessels for my message as they are such well known objects, and convey neutral messages across. I love using humour and sarcasm to make people laugh and relate to the similar idea or experience that they might have come across. Fuck around and find out embodies my personal mantra and how I approach life. I intentionally used the most vanilla Lego minifigure to emphasise the contrast with the meat cleaver. The acrylic medium is used to intensify the plastic feel of the minifigure.
