ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Haixin's new painting was created abstractively from four Oracle characters. A popular saying in eastern, it can be literal translated for "dragons rising and tigers leaping", means "scene of bustling activity" and "full of life". The characters of dragon and tiger are the pictographic one. Gold color, orange color and black ink form the tonal contrast of the painting that very attracts eyes of the audience. Haixin studied the most ancient character symbols: the Oracle, the Bronze scripts, the Hieroglyphic character of the Ancient Egypt, and Gothic script or Fraktur in Ancient Western Europe, etc.
