As I have been privileged to see and fly birds of prey, this beautiful bird was just made to be painted on leather with the addition of gold leaf to show off his feathers. His beady eyes missed nothing and he is very heavy on the arm when returning from a flight! The size shown is the image size, but it is mounted on board and framed, so the finished size is 18" x 20", which makes a stunning display.
