ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Miniature from the series of works "Portraits of dogs in miniature". Made on canvas with oil paints of the professional series "Master class" from the factory "Nevskaya palitra". Framed in Italian plastic. Behind a special device (hanger) for hanging on the wall. Single and original author's painting. DID YOU KNOW WHAT...?? Many of us have known popular TV shows since childhood, where a German shepherd helps to investigate the complicated cases of his master. What is special about German Shepherds? Are they really as smart and quick-witted as they are shown on the screen?Yes this is true. According to the American Kennel Club, the animal is on the first place in the list of "the best police, security and military dogs." German Shepherds are incredibly smart and motivated. This makes them an excellent breed to train. They are attached and loyal to their owners. They like to please the owner.

I was born in the capital of a small Baltic country in a family of artists 51 years ago. I've been drawing since I was a child, as long as I can remember. I was friends with a neighbor boy whose parents were also artists. That's why he and I grew up in a creative environment. Perhaps such an environment (poets, artists, musicians, artists) influenced my development. I drew always and everywhere, and often automatically (unconsciously) . At the age of 17, after graduating from high school, I, as is typical of young people, was a terrible maximalist. It seemed to me that I already know everything and know how to do everything. My parents wanted me to continue my studies at the Art Academy.
