ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I like drawing the figure and using torn paper with oil paint and charcoal. I work the piece and continue to layer paint and paper until I feel the texture is complete. This piece is part of my faceless series. I do not always paint the face. I do like to paint hands and feet with more detail.
