When I looked through the pictures of my daughter who had been taking pictures in her daily life after she was born, I recently felt that she was increasingly curious about the beauty of women. While I was working on a new work, my daughter and I visited the museum, and we were fascinated by the beauty of women's gache and accessaries during the Joseon Dynasty. This was combined with the child's face and my face to create a new work in the style of pop art. Gache (加髢) refers to women putting wigs over their heads for grooming in Eastern countries. It was very popular during the Joseon Dynasty in Korea. (For your reference, this is round canvas.)
