About The Artwork
This concept just appeared in my head one day. I thought it would make a power painting. It is great interest to me to see the different reactions of viewers. They are drawn to the heat of the red, the warmth of the copper foil color, the flame of gold and the deep purple. I like to work with mixed mediums. 23k gold leaf makes a beautiful accent, especially against the red and purple. It gives it a royal feeling.
