About The Artwork

My intention is to trigger unspoken, human feelings rather than impose a narrative. I feel art is most rewarding when we allow ourselves to engage with whatever it makes us feel, and that the experience of a soft suggestion outweigh grinding descriptions. For me, these works are about people far more than buildings, though they are conspicuously absent. They are about our activities, dreams, ambitions and ultimately the short window we have on the world in which we witness not only our own lives unfolding but also so much that has gone before. I try to celebrate the wonderful absurdity of humans and what we are driven to create.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

I work in Painting, Sculpture, installation and public artworks My intention is to invite the viewer to explore a personal vein of narrative and trigger an emotional interaction or imagined memory through these works, as well as present my own preoccupation with human activity and the relentless moving of time. Desolate shells of buildings and abandoned rigs feature in my sculpture, which are then brought to life in my paintings through impossibly colourful towers and Imagined landscapes. I am interested in what came before and is now absent, the emptiness after activity and above all the celebration of the loss of these moments as the people and places involved constantly change. We imagine a reason for them to exist and in turn we hope to be imagined one day.
