Title "Green pava" - 100 % hand painted by artist Volha Milashevich Size 13.8 by 9.8 in. Original Green pava is painted on cardboard. Ready to hang on the wall, put in the table or shelf. On the front side of the wall art is the author's signature. Materials: oil paints, acrylic, canvas, palette knife. Is it possible to love peacocks more than me? It seems that yes. If to be Hunter Thompson. ⠀ ⠀⠀ Growing peacocks was probably the most harmless of all the activities of the author of " Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" and "The Rum Diary", gonzo journalist, bully, lover of homemade bombs and drugs - not necessarily homemade - and almost County Sheriff. ⠀ ⠀⠀ Thompson loved peacocks. He kept them on his site, in summer and winter, and even bred a new frost-resistant breed (in his own words). ⠀ This painting is about our favorite birds. What is it - feathers of waves or feathers of a bird? Flowing emerald, silver splash and ... a thoughtful look. This is she, Green Pava. I am very impressed with these beautiful birds. I love this color spectrumr, a light silver glow softens the depth of cold greens. The work was done with oil on an acrylic base, brushes and a palette knife were used, the result is a combination of different textures The painting is framed in a wooden frame. It can be hung on the wall, placed on a table, shelf, chest of drawers. It will become a bright accent in any interior. The painting was created in 2019.

My name is Volha Milashevich. I started painting in 2014. I started my art with watercolors and pastels, but then I realized that oil gave me more freedom. The combination of brushes and a palette knife gives my painting a unique combination of contrast, fluidity, depth and texture. I love experimenting with color and color combinations, looking at them in perfect nature. Nature occupies a dominant position in my painting. I am fascinated by the rich animal world. There are very colorful characters among them. And they appear very often in my works. Natural forms are very inspiring - trees, mountains, rocks. Everything that surrounds me can evoke a response inside. A wrecked boat in dried Asturian mud. A leaning hut between the autumn hills. Burdock flower in the sun in the old grandmother's garden. The rays themselves or the shade of color generated by them. With the help of paints and a brush, I explore the theme of impermanence of natural phenomena and objects, such as flowers, clouds - on the one hand, and inviolability and seeming stability - on the other. Buddhist themes are also close to me. I practice meditation, and in many of my works there are images of Buddhist stupas, Tibetan and Himalayan mountains. I paint mainly in the style of impressionism. I love plein air painting. At the moment I am working on the series of paintings on wood with images of birds and mountains. At the same time I am painting the series of paintings dedicated to trees. These are impressions brought from trips. Each tree has its own story. But all of them are united by the theme of life and death. My works are in private collections in Belarus, Russia and Europe. I am happy to share my art with people all over the world.
