About The Artwork
The oil painting is a direct result of hanging out in a vineyard in Napa with family, friends and fine wine. After the work was complete I realized exactly where this painting colors and energy were from. Watching the sunset over the vineyards with hundreds of people holding glasses of Petit Sarah...the painting depicts the legs of the wine gliding down the sides and edges of the work with the sun setting on top. While standing with hundreds of people the radiance of the sun was reflecting off the empty top parts of the wine glass while the fusia colored wine filled the glasses. I recall saying at that moment enjoying every second; Happiness is family, friends and fine wine!
