Brewer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine Florida studying under World renown artists Enzo Torcoletti and Donald Martin. This is where his two passions (golf and art) came together for the very first time. Brad is also the first golfer inducted into the Flagler Athletic Hall of Fame. GOLF Magazine Top 100 Teacher in America and the co-owner of the Brad Brewer Golf Academy at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando Florida, Brad’s golfing mentor being the King of Golf, Arnold Palmer inspired his passion for promoting the growth of the game and high performance development. His artistic influences and inspiration rooted from his family lineage of famous Portrait and Landscape Artists, going back to the 1800’s with Nicholas and Edward Brewer. “I believe that our best golf is played when we can think and do like an artist. Get a picture of what we want, feel the stroke and lay it down with total commitment. See it…Feel it…Do it…Grow it” Often referred to as the “Salvador Dali “of Golf painting, Brewer’s unique style is a surreal-impressionist blend. The artist works in Chiaroscuro, from dark to light, with each canvas beginning dark, big loose brush strokes and broken color. The technique creates dramatic contrast with light and color encouraging an emotional response for the viewer. “But to me… it’s FUN! I hope it can bring joy, inspiration and light into the minds of those that view them.”
