I am a contemporary artist Gor Atabekyan. Member of Artists' Union of Armenia There are only three things in the world that justify my human existence - love, faith and the fact that I paint my own reality, and this is like a bridge, which connects my soul with the soul of the viewer. And the painting that I do is a mental, physical and spiritual experience that takes me to another place and time. I am lost in the world filled with bright colors, rich textures and swirling motion. When I return, I bring a piece of that world with me. I am Gor Atabekyan, I was born on 15.11.1994 in the village of Akhkerpi, Marneuli region. It used to be an Armenian village, but now it is located on the territory of Georgia. In 1995-2000 I moved with my family to the Russian Federation in the city of Volgograd. In 2000 I moved to Armenia to the city Abovyan. In 2001-2009 I studied at the secondary school in the village of Katnaghbyur. In 2009, in parallel with school, I graduated from an art school in the city of Abovyan and began to engage in a more professional study of painting, first graduating from the Panos Terlemezyan State College of Fine Arts and then the Armenian State Academy of Fine Arts, with a Master's degree. I live and work in Armenia.
