Hi, Thank you for visiting. And thank you for your patronage. This is a beautiful painting part of a series using recycled fabrics textiles in an aim to help the environment. One of the biggest sources of trash landfill is clothing fabrics. With this art, I make a contribution to solving this problem by finding new and creative ways to use fabric. In the process of creating this paintings I use old clothing, scarves, dresses, stockings, sweaters, blankets, towels, found object, glass, toys, stones, jewels, crystals, beads, paper, paper collage, shells anything and everything imaginable. I also use traditional mediums like oil and acrylic as well as glue etc. The choice of medium results entirely from a spiritual process where I connect with spirit (since I am an spiritualist artist). In this way, I chose items that evoke excitement to my soul. For instance, I used my mother's blanket that was 70 years old, an old dress from the 1950s, and my dog's Halloween outfit. I dedicate most of my art to humanitarian causes! This art was created inspired by a desire to raise awareness to the need to REDUCE TRASH and thus help the earth and everyone and everything on it. Also, as a mediumistic psychic artist, all of my art is blessed channeled from spirit. I do not plan most of it. It just happens.
