ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Change is one of the things I like most about cities; they are constantly evolving. When I wander the old neighborhoods of San Francisco I try to imagine who lived there a hundred years ago or even 50 years ago. What was the neighbor like then? With this piece I use abstract imagery to represent the idea that urban neighborhoods are alive and always in motion. Original image is hand printed over acrylic paint on a wood panel. Wired and ready to hang.
