ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The Phoenix area is keeping the native american dances alive with live performances. I was lucky enough to be able to attend one of the performances. I have done several of these dance performance pieces. The others have all found homes locally. I wanted to highlight the movement and used the dark background to highlight the dancer.
