Painting: Gouache, Watercolor on Paper.
This is a Hot Air Balloon.
It is a compose of modern & traditional details. Embellished with floral, house and halkar patterns. It takes me to up the air, wonderland of art world. An art nomad's dreams. I burnish to transfer my miniature and illumination design into the paper.
I mix the crushed gold with water and gelatin. It makes the gold stick on the paper. First I paint the pattern with gold and then I burnish it. That makes it really shine.
I outline the pattern with the black Isfahan ink.
After finishing our classical colored flowers, I painted "zencerek" and "munhani" patterns. I painted the basket of the balloon also with zencerek. (they are both illumination (tezhip) patterns.
