ABOUT THE ARTWORK
A man sitting and expecting someone as the day light is fading and night light coming. His lamp is on with a yellow color. He is a Motel room looking absent, lost in his thoughts.I try to depict a lonely exposition-development-climax-resolution-denouement, with a strong focus on temporality, which includes retention of the past, attention to present action and protention/future anticipation. Anyone can construct its own vision of his attitude with the object next to him. Colors range yellow to green earth with burnt earth. Medium oil. Style is a vintage one.
