Marcus Jake is a Full-time working Abstract & Mixed Media Artist. Currently doing a 12 month residency in Greenwich UK Educated in Bristol UK, where he studied & received his BA (Hons) Degree in Fine Art & Certificate in Higher Education in Photography. What initially appears to be two very separate and distinct bodies of work (Abstract Painting and Mixed Media Photography), are in fact profoundly connected and interlinked. Both inspiring people to connect with that part of themselves that makes them feel truly alive and magnetically present. It is art that celebrates bravery & courage, the path we walk to get to where we are, portraying our beautiful individuality, deep connected humanity & energetic bond to life. Immeasurably entwined into the narrative is our human connection, our connection to all other life and our expansive connection to the planet we live on.
