This painting was created with the intention to support its owner to meditate daily! Each of the original paintings are 9 x 12" x 1.5" Mixed Media & Acrylics on wood panel. The "Yoga Girls" Series, a small body of work painted with mixed media and acrylics on wood panel before and during the artist partook in a nine month intensive somatic yoga teacher training course with Rizze Yoga in Vancouver, BC. Most of the painting are of the silhouette of a woman doing a yoga pose with an abstract background. The Artist often created these art pieces as a procrastination of her yoga practice!
