Biography: PORNTHEP CHITPHONG (PT) Artist & Journey Photographer Born June 1976, Suphanbury, Thailand Living and Working in Chiangmai ,Thailand E: Since childhood, he was enamoured with drawing. He started drawing his favourite comics and branched out as he went. Later on, he fell out of love with drawing, with other interests and needs taking priority. At 18, he began to draw again whilst living with his relatives, who supported him to study photography in Bangkok. Pawnthep's first collection, entitled “Time”, was exhibited in 1999 at Comme’ Restaurant. In 2002, he turned his attention to abstract and figurative arts. Nowadays, he creates many abstract art pieces whilst pursuing photography in his spare time. However, he has kept his street artist identity, consequently shaping him into the artist he is today.
