ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This work was created on an old map of Italy pasted onto a canvas. The borders of the Italian state are sewn and crossed by green, white and red threads that recreate the color of the national flag. The work had been kept in a humid place, this acted on the canvas consuming it but adding an aged and ancient touch to the work.
