Color has always been at the heart of my artistic expression, serving as a vital tool in conveying my vision. Themes of femininity frequently surface in my compositions, reflecting the essence of my creative journey. Through my art, I strive to express my unique perception of beauty. Often, I paint intuitively, allowing the process to reveal an underlying logic of its own. I have discovered that releasing expectations usually leads to my most inspired and authentic work. I approach the creative process from a perspective where there is no right or wrong, no good or bad—free play without rules, expressing whatever is within me and how I see the world in each moment. Throughout my life, I had the opportunity to live in different environments and draw inspiration from several cultures. I was born in Bilbao, Spain, and raised between Brussels and Barcelona's bohemian Mediterranean atmosphere. After a career in luxury brands and entrepreneurship, I embarked on a journey to Berlin to study at the Malshule und Zeichenshule Wladimir Prib, where I immersed myself in techniques of color and texture. Returning to Barcelona, I continued my artistic education at the Massana Art School, refining my skills in figurative and portrait work. Years later, I moved to San Francisco, CA, where I was honored to join the supportive community of ICB/ART in Sausalito. There, I learned the power of artistic fellowship and explored mixed media and innovative techniques. It was an incredibly inspiring experience, and I learned firsthand the value of working in such a dynamic creative environment, where synergies naturally emerge. Upon returning to Barcelona in 2023, I founded Uvedoble Art Studio (.art) with this inspiration. Currently, I am blending into my work the diverse styles and skills that have inspired me over the years. I hope you enjoy experiencing my artwork as much as I enjoy creating it.
