ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This work was painted while I was recovering from a major spinal injury. I wanted to convey the calm frustration I was feeling during recovery. This work was particularly fun and challenging as a majority was painted using only watercolor. Watercolor on this large of a scale is quite difficult as it dries so quickly, but it created such a beautiful affect on this large of a work, and I'm extremely happy with how it turned out!
