Color, texture, light, bushes, and trees, it’s a good combination to capture a mood in a painting, especially when you paint forest scene from imagination. I hope, I captured that melodious mood in this painting. Coming to my painting approach, I mostly use Large Painting Knives to paint these Pictures, those knives create magical textures and interesting accidents.

Artist Statement: After decades of experience, I've come to realize that capturing the essence of the scene holds greater importance to me than merely depicting it. As an artist, I believe that one must focus on either the depiction or the essence, as only one can truly dominate in art or in life. When painting forest scenes from imagination, I follow this approach. Each painting in the " Imaginative Forest Paintings Series" is a journey, an exploration of the dualities inherent in nature and within ourselves. The juxtaposition of realism and abstraction creates a space where the viewer can navigate between the known and the unknown, the seen and the felt. It is my hope that these works inspire a deeper connection to the natural world and a recognition of the beauty and complexity that lies within and around us. Through this series, I invite you to step into the forest, not just as an observer, but as a participant in its boundless and ever-changing narrative. Let these paintings be a reminder of the profound interconnection we share with nature and the expressive potential that resides in embracing both its tangible reality and its abstract essence. In terms of technique,.. I primarily rely on large painting knives to create my work. These tools yield captivating shapes, textures, and even unexpected 'accidents.' These serendipitous occurrences often serve as the lifeblood of my paintings, infusing them with spontaneity and vitality.
