ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Current pricing for shipping via crate will need to be obtained before listing for sale. Fitting this piece together with six smaller panels to make up the 24 x 48 painting was inspired in part by the large composite panel works of David Hockney. The presentation of multiple panels is meant to mimic the process of fragmentation I’ve been exploring in both memory and matter. Upon close inspection, where the edges of the smaller panels meet, the painting slightly shifts to suggest a new moment in time. The six panels are secured together and housed within a float frame, ready to hang.
