In the House of Perseverance Painting

Fluid acrylics are used to create a setting of ebb and flow. Moments in the painting are both organic and intentional. Large swirls of paint give the piece a feeling of motion. Squares and balls are incorporated to give the viewer a moment of rest. Metallic paints are used to give the painting a shimmering quality. Artist resin is applied, providing a high-gloss glass like finish to the piece. The painting is ready to hang with hooks both vertically and horizontally. M Jackson has been inspired for many years by working fast and in the moment with wet fluid paint. This piece is a continuation in that body of work. The title "In the House of Perseverance" was given to the piece to remind the viewer that he/shall is the creator of their own happiness and the way that they live their lives.
