ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Degas inspired this painting, plus a love of dance myself. I was also inspired by a kive if colour and shapes used by Sonia Delsibay to depict light and movement. It is painted to inspire the beauty of the dancers and to celebrate the world of ballet and costume.
