The watercolor painting Industrial Nocturne was inspired by the experience of the New York City waterfront at dusk. A place where parks have given us access to views of the water and the city beyond, and a place where the intersection of nature and man-made is apparent. As the sun sets, the land structures become silhouetted forms, and the sky and water are activated and full of color. Industrial Nocturne is a watercolor painting on paper. Image size 10in x 10in, with white border. Sold in contemporary 18in x 18in white painted wood frame, mounted under white matte board with anti-glare plexiglass. See photo.
