"It is what it is" ("Ciò che è, è") Painting

This work belongs to the cycle " In collaboration with nature" which is a creative process where nature helps me develop my art. In front of a blank canvas, I spread coloured earth with a brush following the shapes of natural elements. Then I leave the canvas exposed outdoors for several days, sometimes weeks, under the rain, sun, wind...Finally I intervene with acrylic colours to complete the abstract shapes. The artwork is double sided and can be hung on either side.
