Born in 1983 in Artashat, Armenia. Since 2008 lives in Lloret de Mar, Spain. "My creative approach is both simple and complex. I create works that do not lose their appeal over time, remaining interesting and eye-catching." Over time, the artist developed a new contemporary technique, which he likes to call "Picselazum." It involves not only painting on the canvas, but also pushing the paint from behind, making it emerge from the canvas toward the viewer, shaping it into pixels, and then paint above them, thus uniting the images in an illusion. As the paint emerges from the canvas, it creates a special texture, visible and tangible. Even on small surfaces, monochrome color manages to have its own shadow and shine, making the paint and color more intense and expressive. Each painting created with the authors technique is unique and uncopiable, even for him. Since the canvas and the paint are self-made, the slightest variation in the creation process produces different results. Even the humidity in the air can cause pixels to move from one side to the other as they leave the canvas. "I like to think that pixels are as individual as we are, and that together they create a complete image, a unity. Therefore, the next work will not be the same."
