ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The art of batik caught my interest in my earlier years of making art. This is my first and only batik I have made of a jelly fish consisting of several layers of color to create the image. The image is on wax and ink soaked cut fabric that is organically shaped. This could make for a wall hanging on its own or can be folded to fit any size frame you'd like.
