Maggie Jiang is a Seattle-based visual artist who makes abstract paintings that investigate the enigmatic qualities of geometry, the interactions of color, and the materiality of paint. Exhibiting regularly since 2016, Jiang has had solo exhibitions in the Pacific Northwest at the J. Rinehart Gallery, the Koplin Del Rio Gallery, and the Asia Pacific Culture Center. She has also participated in numerous group exhibitions at venues such as the Schack Art Center, Studio e Gallery, Ryan James Fine Art Gallery, Fathom Gallery, the Alice Gallery, and more. She is represented by the J. Rinehart Gallery in Seattle, WA. Jiang’s work has been covered by “the Seattle Times”, “the Stranger”, “the International Examiner”, “Now Be Here Art”, “Visual Art Source” and others. She was born in Beijing and educated in both China and the U.S.
