John and Paul 1965 Painting

I’ve had a love of drawing since I could hold a pencil. I also have a life long passion for music especially The Beatles, and love the challenge of trying to capture their character in my works. I attended the School of Fine Arts, University of Canterbury, New Zealand. After graduating I eventually settled into a career as an exhibition designer. I primarily work with acrylics but also work in charcoal and other media. To keep my work fresh I attend life drawing classes, and love the discipline of working quickly to capture the human form.
