The picture is a diptych consisting of two canvases measuring 40x60 cm. The total size is 60x80 cm. Depicts a rural landscape of summer nature. I am interested in the topic of nature - places where we come from and where we will return. The source of inspiration for me is the constant cyclic movement of matter in nature, sunlight, mood of the landscape. Form, color, light, motif of nature, composition - this is all my art. I try to compose forms taken from nature, this painting is the embodiment of nature. The painting was created in a studio based on a sketch created in nature. The whole variety of plants is shown here, the grass is mowed in front, and then there are tall plants, trees, blue mountains in the distance, a strip. The painting was removed from the stretcher When delivered, it is rolled into a tube. Oil on canvas. Varnished.

Mykola Kozlovsky is a Ukrainian contemporary artist who works in non-figurative painting. Born in 1994 in Stupnytsia village, Lviv region. Now lives and works in Lviv, Ukraine. Art education: icon painter, religious painting. Admiring the landscape from nature. I like to use the principle of three-stage painting in a modern way I was born and raised in a small, beautiful village, surrounded by nature and beautiful landscapes. That's why I mostly paint landscapes in nature. The basis of my art is a harmonious composition, this is a common feature of any painting: from the Renaissance to abstraction. Color has the main importance in my art, I do not copy the colors of nature, but combine colors harmoniously as in nature. I rarely mix colors mechanically, but mix optically, or use pure color. The main source of inspiration for me is sunlight and forms of nature. My abstraction is based on the constant movement and change of matter in space and time. For example: a tree grows from a seed, grows under the influence of sunlight, ground, gravity, air, the tree becomes a whimsical, unpredictable shape This tree is a sign of its time. Then the tree dries up and dies, and becomes food for new plants that will go through the same cycle. This is the fate of all living things. I often observe this in nature, and it is the basis of my abstract perception. And that's why I believe that for me the form is the main thing and the content is secondary. And that's why I consider my paintings close to abstraction, but not pure abstraction. I draw on paper, cardboard, canvas; I use pencils, markers, acrylic, oil. I often combine acrylic and oil.
