ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I hadn't done any new glitter pieces for a while and wanted to offer something small, easy to place and affordable so tah-dah! Seven of these little beauties to start. This is on watercolor paper at 7" x 5" so it can fit in a standard-sized, store-bought frame with a standard 7" x 5" mat opening. The color is more accurate on the additional images. What looks like red is more of an orange. These are difficult color combos for my camera to pick up when taken up close so be sure to take a look at the additional images! These look great in multiples, framed and hanging together.

Kelly Brumfield-Woods' involvement in the art world began in Venice in the mid-1980’s, when, after a Venice Art Walk, she sent cards to the participating artists, offering her services as a studio assistant. By the time she was accepted to Otis, she had a full-time studio assistant business up and running, working closely with some of the top Venice artists and she made a decision to continue working rather than return to academia. Kelly’s work has recently been included in Shimmer, at Jamie Brooks Fine Art in Costa Mesa. Kelly lives and works in Los Angeles.
